Terms of Service

What SiteProver is

SiteProver is a service run by siteprover.com. We provide a diagnostic check (the "AI Visibility Scorecard") and a paid, store-specific report (the "AI Visibility Blueprint") assessing whether AI shopping assistants can access, read, and trust a Shopify store, based entirely on that store's public data.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee that your store will be cited, ranked, or recommended by any AI system. No provider can honestly promise that outcome, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do guarantee is the accuracy of the findings in your report, see our Refund Policy.

The AI Visibility Blueprint purchase

• The AI Visibility Blueprint is a one-time payment, not a subscription
• Delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout (currently 24-48 hours)
• Includes one follow-up re-run to verify your progress
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the store URL you provide, and for making any changes to your own store, we do not access, modify, or install anything on your Shopify admin.

Intellectual property

Your AI Visibility Scorecard and Blueprint are prepared for your own use in improving your store. The underlying system, methodology, and report format remain the property of SiteProver.

Limitation of liability

SiteProver is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our reports or reliance on their recommendations. Nothing here limits any right you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
